This hilarious comedy is set in a small community theater who has hired a NY director for their production of "Hamlet". She is faced with doing a 5 act tragedy of 60 characters with a cast of 4, all the while making it adhere to the town council's western theme.

Congratulations
to the cast of
Barbecuing Hamlet

A Love Letter to our Past

Love Letters was the very first show produced by Strongsville Community Theatre back in 1995. As we celebrate our 30th anniversary season, we revisited the show that started it all.

Under the direction of Anne McEvoy, stellar performances were delivered by Juliette Regnier (Melissa Gardner) and George Roth (Andrew Makepeace Ladd III). Audiences were moved by their emotional portrayal of love's powerful connection, framed by a lifetime of correspondence between two friends.

We are very grateful for everyone who braved the winter challenges thrown at us by Mother Nature to experience this moving production! Cheers to 30 years!

Welcome to our new
Theatre Manager!

SCT is excited to introduce Elizabeth A. Jones as its new Theater Manager. Liz comes to us from an impressive background in Marketing Communications, Business Development, Social Media, Project Management, and Public Relations.  She will be working closely with our Board to set strategic priorities and clearly defined goals to continue our mission to provide quality entertainment, to promote community involvement, and to educate students and adults in the theatrical arts.  She has an avid interest in helping to develop a youth theater program at the elementary and middle school levels in order to create a “feeding” program for the high school’s drama department which has been successfully in place under Jeremy Jenkins and one which SCT has supported for many years.  Her background education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baldwin Wallace University and a Master of Business Administration from Tiffin University.  She is a most welcome addition to our theatre’s administration.
